Warren is a half-orc male assassin and Spireling of Blades for the Emon sect of the Clasp, for which he handles all contracts involving kidnapping, intimidation, and assassination. As an NPC, Warren is played by Matthew Mercer.

Biography

While following the trace of Riskel Daxio, Vox Machina entered the hidden passage below the Diamond Nest Tavern, where Vax called out a parlay with the Clasp. Warren appeared surrounded by about fifteen hooded figures. Scanlan deceived him with a blue gem (likely a threshold crest) claming that it can grant one wish, if they say the password while holding the gem. He gave the leader the gem and promised to give him the password, when the party would be brought to Riskel. Although it became clear that Warren probably knew Scanlan was bluffing, the Clasp leader knew that the gem still held great magic, and accepted the trade.
