Waken is a charismatic male tiefling who, by 812 PD, through honeyed words and selective murders, had risen to prominence within New O'Noa, a haven for criminals in the ruins of O'Noa, and became its chosen leader.

Biography

The adventure hook This Too Solid Flesh in Tal'Dorei Campaign Setting Reborn, set in 836 PD, involves Waken offering rewards to an adventuring party to collect on a major debt owed by a suude dealer, Shef Silverleaf. When they found that Shef had been turned into a silver statue, Waken was willing to accept Silverleaf's silver body as payment, but it was unknown if he was truly dead.
