Place categories

Hello all, wanted to bring some Discord discussions onto the wiki directly about re-vamping category structure for Category:Places. Inspired by User:Futureshieldmaiden and User:CaptainOfTheTidesBreath, here are are several concrete proposals.

1) Merge Category:Wildlands into Category:Geographical features since they basically describe the same thing.

2) Combine Category:Cities, Category:Towns, and Category:Villages into Category:Settlements, removing the somewhat arbitrary distinction by population count for permanent settlements. This would also apply to specific geographical areas, so that Category:Cities in Wildemount, Category:Towns in Wildemount, and Category:Villages in Wildemount would combine to become Category:Settlements in Wildemount.

3) Take Category:Outposts out of Category:Settlements for places where people are intended to be stationed temporarily as opposed to settle permanently. Category:Castles would move to Category:Buildings and Category:Fortifications would move under Outposts.

Less concretely, I'd also like to clean up general location categories, such as Category:Tal'Dorei, to clearly differentiate sub-categories by type and generally move articles out of this level to something more specific (e.g., one of what in Tal'Dorei?). We already will have Settlements and Outposts, and partially inspired by Forgotten Realms' wiki, other categories could be Inhabitants (for individuals), Geographical features (for mountains, forests, bodies of water, etc), Locations, and Organizations. So for Tal'Dorei they'd be e.g. Category:Inhabitants of Tal'Dorei, Category:Geographical features in Tal'Dorei, etc. We'd need some new type-based overarching categories as well like Category:Characters by location. It'll need to strike a balance between specificity and sub-dividing everything into oblivion. Figuring out where each individual page should go will require human decisions before editing them with a bot. Once we have decided on these type-based location subcategories, I can generate a wiki-table with current and proposed categories for each affected location page, that we can manually edit until agreed upon.
