Therad is an employees of The Gentleman and a member of the Myriad. As an NPC, he is played by Matthew Mercer.

Description

Therad had darker unkempt, large curly hair that covered part of his face. When the Mighty Nein met him, he wore darker leathers and cloak that was thrown over one of his shoulders.

Biography

Background

Therad, Louis, and Hannahwere hired by the Gentleman to enter the abandoned facility near Zadash and bring its ancient riches to the Gentleman. Louis claimed that the group explored the downstairs area, not finding anything of interest, but according to Hannah's account the group, noticing a purplish glow emanating from the area below, decided this chamber was too ominous and didn't explore it.

The group searched the larger chamber upstairs. Louis said that, when they were inspecting the chamber, globules of light emerged from the chamber's walls, scaring the group before they could find any valuables. On their way out they threw explosives to cave down the passage behind them, hoping to halt the creature's progress.

Campaign 2: The Mighty Nein

After the Mighty Nein was contracted by the Gentleman, the party approached Louis, Hannah, and Therad inquiring the details of their expedition to the abandoned facility.
