Tarvis is a half-orc assassin and a member of the Clasp. He is played by Travis Willingham in "The Return of Liam" (OSx08).

Tarvis is entirely devoted to his masters, as he was in a position of leadership on one of the Clasp's teams and was being groomed for higher responsibilities.[7]
Biography[edit | edit source]
Background[edit | edit source]
On many occasions, Tarvis was chosen by Spireling Shenn as the team leader in the Clasp operation in Emon. On such mission he was instructed to lead a team of Delweth, Obby, and Dren with Devan Bluebutton as their guide to infiltrate Adelaide Bluebutton's estate, find Tagmut's Eye emerald, and escape, which he told the group. However, the actual plan told by Shen was to find a highly secured, green leather-bound ledger "containing the name of every shady character Adelaide has ever dealt with in Emon".[7]
"The Return of Liam" (OSx08)[edit | edit source]
Before entering Adelaide's estate, Tarvis and Delweth took a moment to threaten Devan in case she tried to run.[8] The clasp infiltrators passed through the secret door and followed the passage leading into the estate, and Tarvis stepped on a trap, but he dodged the consequences.[8]
In the vault chamber Tarvis reached for the green ledger that contained rows of amounts and short-form codes in Common with single letters anagrams. The back page had a list of names, including "Quiver", "Quinton Puck", "Shortstack", "Grimthorne", "Sandwich", "Wynan Joy", "Whisper", and "Riskel Daxio". Tarvis acquired everything he needed and tried to slit Devan's throat, but she noticed him. Devan cast Mirror Image, and three other Devans appeared next to her, then she ran to the doors along with another Devan. Tarvis and Obby both take a shot at them, and Obby managed to hit the real Devan, while Dren stole the green ledger from the distracted Tarvis and rushed for the exit as well.[8]
Eventually, Tarvis and Delweth managed to get Devan, with Tarvis killing her. Meanwhile, Dren, knowing this was her final stand, ripped up the ledger. Tarvis got frustrated and choked Dren with his whip, killing her as well. Tarvis collected the ledger's pieces, and along with Delweth and Obby found three levers, which could've potentially open the exit door. Tarvis and Delweth pull the levers, and she and Obby got electrocuted by the electricity running through the chamber's floor. They instantly fall unconscious. Tarvis fed them a healing potion, but was killed by all three of them were killed by the Shrew immediately afterward.[8]
