Quatell (/kwɔːˈtɛl/)[1] is a gnome seamstress and the owner of the Golden Veil. As an NPC, Quatell is played by Matthew Mercer.

Appearance[edit | edit source]
Quatell is a small, older gnomish woman with smile wrinkles. When Bells Hells first met her, she was wearing intricate gold eye makeup, hair in a style reminiscent of Victory rolls, and a "power suit type garment". She had a pincushion on her shoulder.[2]

Biography[edit | edit source]
The soon-to-be-named Bells Hells met Quatell and bought several fine garments from her store for the Chandei Quorum ball.[1]
