Exandria Unlimited: Calamity[edit | edit source]
Micah Cormorant attended the pre-Replenishment party at the Palazzo Por'co and spoke to Purvan Suul.[3] Later, after the Ring of Brass determined that Lacrytia Hollow had helped smuggle in the unidentified cleric of a Betrayer God,[4] Patia and Laerryn went to speak to Madara Glyph, who had been with Magisters Cormorant and Hollow. Patia's Detect Thoughts uncovered that Magister Cormorant had cast Modify Memory on Madara to cover up Magister Hollow to go invisible to pursue Purvan, but his casting had not been skillful.[5] Madara recalled that Magister Cormorant had then quickly left the party.[6]
Later that night, Patia and Laerryn went to the Magisterium to find Magister Cormorant. Finding his door locked, they broke it down with a construct.[7] Patia detected an invisible person in the room, and Laerryn cast Fireball, causing Cormorant to drop invisibility upon being badly injured.[8] The construct Laerryn had summoned to break down the door then killed him.[9]
Patia and Laerryn went through his desk and found that Micah Cormorant had been following Laerryn's work quite closely; that he had documents relating to the Pact of Crown and Throne and the Gau Drashari's concerns about the mages of Avalir's stance towards the Tree of Names;[10] and that he had been illegally letting people into the city.[11]
Relationships[edit | edit source]
Magister Cormorant was working with Lacrytia Hollow to potentially assassinate Purvan Suul.[12]
