History[edit | edit source]
Campaign 1: Vox Machina[edit | edit source]
While on their voyage towards Vesrah, as to complete the last leg of Keyleth's Aramenté, Vox Machina encountered a marid who attacked their ship. Taryon killed this marid.[5]
Campaign 2: The Mighty Nein[edit | edit source]
During the process of trying to get Algar Dyomin to leave Jester's mother alone, the Mighty Nein entered into the Sluice Weave under Nicodranas. There, under the enslaved command of Algar, the party did battle with Khedive Xundi, until eventually Fjord cut off Algar's hand, thus severing the bound connection.[6] With Xundi now free, he retrieved the bracelet by which he was enslaved and parted ways with the Mighty Nein on friendly terms, before going off to free his other fellow marid in Port Damali. He invited the adventurers to visit his Silver Silt Palace, should they ever find themselves in the Elemental Plane of Water, to collect a reward;[7] they never did so.
