Maina Rusalla was a Syngornian elf and the captain appointed by and representing the Wardens of Syngorn in the Emerald Outpost. She had a rivalry with Council of Tal'Dorei–appointed captain Jorn Krastef, and their bickering tended to hold up political negotiations.[1]
So far, Maina Rusalla has neither appeared nor been mentioned onstream.
