Hektor is a middle-aged human blacksmith from Port Damali.

Tide of Retribution[edit | edit source]
If the adventuring party accompanying Three Earrings on the Wavechaser chose Port Damali as their port of call, Three Earrings would send them to Hektor's smithy for supplies, along with a letter to be given to Hektor with instructions not to open it. The letter extorts Hektor to hand over Breathing Bubbles to the party, saying that if he does the Revelry will leave his next shipment alone. Hektor complied to this threat, giving one Breathing Bubble to each member of the party at no charge.[3]
