Calum Staffwright is the Chief Artificer to Laerryn Coramar-Seelie. As an NPC in Exandria Unlimited: Calamity, he is played by Brennan Lee Mulligan.

Calum is very thin, with puffy gray hair and a very long mustache.[1]
Personality[edit | edit source]
Calum respects Laerryn very much and does not seem to mind that she can be very focused and not particularly personable.[2]
Biography[edit | edit source]
Exandria Unlimited: Calamity[edit | edit source]
Calum alerted Laerryn of the findings of the Grand Geometer regarding the imminent apogee solstice; it showed that there was a very high chance of significant ley movement.[3]
During the attack on the eldritch batteries, Calum called Laerryn to ask her about the Arboreal Calix requesting a massive amount of energy, and she told him to override it and prevent it from receiving it.[4] After Laerryn and Loquatius left the battle, he called her again, telling her that the defaced battery had Primordial script on it and that he would try to translate. He also gave a status report to Laerryn on the city's energy, and she told him to short the tithe required by the Pact of Crown and Throne, and if it went badly, he could blame her for making the order.[5] Calum called back again after the Primordial script had been deciphered to tell her that it said the names "Rau'shan" and "Ka'Mort", which Laerryn did not recognize.[6]
Before Calum died in the attack on Avalir, he successfully rejoined the broken battery to the rest, despite Laerryn being unable to contact him after her Ring of Masks broke.[7]
